The words here are just not that difficult. No one has said there isn't a "contract." What QMC has is not a (QD) supply contract; it's a "License and Development Agreement." They are different.

Memo: Yes there was a contract signed.

The contract was a license agreement.

The license agreement allows Amtronics to use QMC technology to manufacture QD's using QMC supplied micro-reactors and to manufacture QD solar cells based on QMC technology.

QMC will not be supplying quantum dots to Amtronics' solar cell plant.

Amtronics will pay QMC a royalty based on the gross sales of licensed products manufactured and sold by Amtronics.
