I think eventually both public companies are going to own the LLC's that have the licenses and the actual facilities/properties

Why else would Dr Janovec now be the Managing Principal of both Category One Botanicals AND C1B True Organics

the recent passage of House Bill 1090 it makes perfect sense. Now, will it require both companies to become audited and uplist? That remains to be seen and is actually not that huge of a hurdle. That bill might also be paving the way for a more laxed bill to follow

With the recent changes in the posting and disclosure requirements for Current Pinks the only missing piece would be the audit. If it is transparency that they want, IMO it is already there
