Yup. Right you are.

The way I see it, once Combo is approved, as you say, the doors will be opened (for HIV as well as Oncology). In the case of Mono, the road to approval will be shorter and easier as two facts will be ascertained by then:

1) Leronlimab is safe for 700mg dosage
2) Leronlimab works

With HIV our drug still seems to be an unknown. Once we launch in combo that should change rapidly. I would expect a moderate off label use in HIV in the U.S. just due to doctors fears of lawsuits. In the rest of the world I would expect it to be quite substantial.

I've told several people I know dealing with cancer to bring up leronlimab with their oncologists and not a single one has heard of it.
