Funny, 'cause Surge looked-back to full-year 2017 to-buy-ECS "as if" acquired on Jan. 1, 2018, even though purchased Sept. 30, 2019. Ridiculous!

Surge Holdings also claims $48.7M revenue, oh wait, all those PRs were wrong (and not corrected publicly with PRs) as Surge amended it to $45+M, even though Gopher Protocol's SEC filings say ECS revenue was $0 in 2017. Awesome!
