Absolutely no where does it say anything about common share holders receiving and shares, or dividends.

MSSV shares are going to debt holders. Debt holders are owed money. Debt holders will sell billions of shares of MSSV to recoup their money.

Pretty easy to see. Do you really think the Debt holders care about common LAHO holders?
