And what's really interesting is the excuse that got them off: no money available at the time that they stopped paying auditors to file because they had to use the money to fight a lawsuit which by winning was more in the interest of the shareholders than the issue surrounding filing.

Where have we seen that before...???

... plus erhc also has the gag order reason too.
