ZN is drilling in the Megiddo valley which is on the west side of an expanding geologic rift zone (ie; the rocks are relatively new). It really doesn't make sense there would be a lot of hydrocarbons present there.

Guyana (beside being the poster child for countries where people have drank too much Kool-Aid) has rivers that drain into the sea and so it's likely that there will be hydrocarbons deposited off shore there.

It's really not comparable with ZN at all. But the comparison with the offshore finds in the Eastern Mediterranean is valid.
