Why would they just make up a form 10 PR when there was no need to!

It is called "lying". A very common tradition in the scammy penny scam market. Lans Holding isn't the first, nor the last to lie in a PR.

Soon you will hopefully figure out "why they PR'd about a Form 10 if they didn't mean it" lol.
