$PTI 10% We get 10% on Homozygous, this will match 10% Vertex had, and this will be major win.

We had 8% on 14 day compared to Vertex 10% over 28 day measures at 24 week high dosages, we were running low dosage, and we only tested ours on 8 patients that were sick not hand picked like Vertex.

Vertex achieved 14% on Heterozygous which is also very possible we reach this.

Remember they are conducting test using 30 patients Homozygous and 30 patients Heterozygous, Homozygous being the most difficult to treat.
