Well actually you can say more!!!! For example you could have said that we've got a promise of no r/s, a small trading float, no toxic debt. Also the merging company already makes millions and is in the black with a dude that got 250m for his last venture.
Also it looks like things are much better than we all think. IMO the only reason for S. Labs to buy or merge into the igex shell is because they want to grow the price and up list.
The new company won't have to sell shares for expansion because they've already got big money to do that as well.
Personally and IMO this is looking like it could be big Hugh winner ...This is a no brainer play so let the flippers have there day because there days are numbered IGEX
