What proof would you take? You are saying you don't believe what they say, so if they put out a PR saying the deals closed would you believe?

And yes there is proof of the share reduction, of them purchasing shares, of them raising capital on shareholder friendly terms, of the name change, of the merger.

Again it is an issue of timing that people have.
