You know the constant re-posting of some B.S. propaganda does not mean it is true. Show me facts like a government filing that Quantum got the ALL of money and I will believe you. Right now Quantum has avoided any factual acknowledgement of such payments for the licencing agreement except for one 8k filing. So being late on the 10Q which would mean that he would have to acknowledge legally other wise what was said is also B.S.
