I don’t blame you... can’t see much happening until the litigation is resolved.. one way or the other... unless we get some bomb dropped on us. The fact that it hasn’t been halted yet despite the allegations and there have been no filings, at least public filings for over a year with no enforcement action taken might lead one to think there is more than meets the eye here , but that is of course debatable. SEC still has not answered my questions despite acknowledging receipt of them... thought they were supposed to help investors! Lol
