A single distributor, responsible for 60+% of sales, decided to not re-purchase anything after just a year?

Wow. It doesn't get much worse than losing your main account which is responsible for over half your sales.

The reason people are talking about Year-over-Year numbers, is because when the first Quarter-over-Quarter sales drop happened, there were (perhaps reasonable) complaints that sales are seasonal etc. and only Year-over-Year sales mean anything.

Funny how the definition of "weird" changes depending on which numbers look worse.

The 60% drop is a quarterly drop when comparing to the same quarter last year, and explainable by a single large distributor purchase. The 9 month numbers aren't nearly as bad, so kind of weird that we're not talking about that instead.
