Wow. It doesn't get much worse than losing your main account which is responsible for over half your sales.
The reason people are talking about Year-over-Year numbers, is because when the first Quarter-over-Quarter sales drop happened, there were (perhaps reasonable) complaints that sales are seasonal etc. and only Year-over-Year sales mean anything.
Funny how the definition of "weird" changes depending on which numbers look worse.
