Are you I initiating new xrp loans or rolling them? If it was an existing loan that matured and rolled into a new one, then the term is only 3 months.
I like this fact because our funds are not locked up only half the time if we ever wanted to sell.
In a rising rate environment we will benefit from this as they get repriced every 3 months. Right now it is not benefiting us in a declining rate environment however I received a nice interest payment yesterday and bought more xrp with it.
