Well you would pay off notes in the order they are due. It doesn't really make sense to wipe out ones due in a couple weeks if there are still some outstanding due in a couple days. If what he says is correct, then those earlier notes have also been paid off already.
It's not unlikely given the recent spate of dilution we had to grind through. I'd wager that they were aggressively working towards getting rid of all the debt as part of a currently yet-to-be-disclosed agreement. Looking forward to the 17th so we can learn the reason surrounding those Series C Preferred shares.
