I am sure they would have said if they did. Emerald at this point cant hold on to PSF. They need 80 million next year for the 25% they are obligated to buy and probably 10 million this quarter. Also the burn rate they have. Even if they sold 300 million shares they couldn't get thru next year. What's the options, none are good.GL
