You said you had an issue with the large cash Ballance and then later said you went into negative cash.
You can't have it both ways.
My issue with his cash reccomendation was that if you have too much cash because you are selling, he has you reduce cash by buying more contracts. Um you were just selling them, why would you buy at higher prices. Same at the annual rebalance.
Personally I have no problem with a high level of cash. You can always start a new position with it.
