#66391 RE: ApollyonZ #66366

I post just to print out what is going through my mind...confusing as hell in there bouncing around in my head.

Putting 2 and 2 together regarding shorts remains captured in my brain. Putting some sense to that is difficult.

There are no more LAHO shares. My ownership remains in tact even though some of them may have been borrowed by shorts. As I see it, my current count of LAHO shares [no longer able to trade] will eventually be changed into a 10 for 8 R/S shares represented by the ticker MSSV....even those borrowed, if any.

So, if there are shorts that have borrowed LAHO shares and are on the books to replace them [although they no longer exist], how is their previous transaction going to be fulfilled? Off the hook? Or do brokers somehow require them to fulfill their return in closing out the short by purchasing MSSV shares.

If so, how in the hell would that happen? Would their short obligation be reduced by 20% in the number of shares of MSSV they have to buy AT THE CURRENT MSSV pps after our preferred are converted to MSSV common?

I expect no response to this post. No one should be ready to go there.
