And also confirmed they are moving a Univ of Penn contract from CCA, LLC to MILV as they R/M with MILV.

Looks like a key player at the Univ of Penn...Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, based on the Michael W Fountain Patent application assigned to CCA, LLC that covers Liposomes (more on that in a bit).
