I have no knowledge except that there was NO FILING with the SEC to announce that he had taken shares as part of his compensation package as is required by a form 4 filing or stated in any quarterly report. So, absence any documentation, I feel pretty secure in stating that he didn't take any as compensation. If he wasn't offered any, then that also is an indication that his performance or compensation was not predicated on anything relating to the share price....note that his contract stated it was, but NO Follow-through.
