Because of lawless mob conservatorship there are no rules and no transparency in FnF stock trading. All crooks/insiders are taking advantage of this situation at the cost taxpayers and FnF shareholders.

If a policy decision has been taken to release FnF from conservatorship then what is preventing FHFA conservator from enlisting the FnF shares on regular stock exchanges?
