About 16/17 or so, under the name vplm and close to 8 yrs with the current, lol, "business model". Vplm is driven by a cabal and it is designed to go on & on & on & on......as a fiat, share selling machine that enriched many ppl, just not the retails. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the ship to come on or some soon to be realized, end to the story. It will be the same ol story for years to come, as it is in soo many otc plays. Been there, done that..
