I don't know why they didn't do 10 Billion shares? They added 2.5 Billion a month ago. They will be adding more at the year. Need more money just print more worthless stock and Dilute all stock holders!
Now they can take on more Toxic Convertible notes. That's what SCAM COMPANIES DO !!!!
