I don't think anyone was surprised by the RS .It is more the nature of how it was done and when -it reflects the general callous disregard for the
general common share holders .Marco has continually praised and encouraged all to stay long and then stabbed them in the back. The flippers made some money .Relevance is dependent on a personal perception of ethical and
moral business practices.

Why are we surprised about the Reverse Split?

Those who were surprised, were expecting a different type of news. A news that will take them to the promise land. The leader pumped and pumped, knowing his sharesholders will be taken to the woodshed. He still did it anyway.

A lot us warned of the cycle ending and be careful of a R/S approaching. They were fixated on the double digits percent rise for past 3 days, instead of seeing what is approaching. Those who listened and/or done their DD, profit from the rise or just didn’t buy into the hype at all.
