It’s takes time. The Officers just changed last Monday and Wyoming is up to date. He said that OTC required a few more Docs and once that’s done the stop sign will be dropped. That is when the R/M will happen. So when we start to see filings and the stop sign gone we should learn the details of the merger. Wednesday before Thanksgiving companies don’t issue PRs or this week. They are off for the Holidays.
