The only nonsense is the simple fact that nobody ever once claimed that the t/a provides the float to OTC Markets. The original claim was that there was a supposed green float verified seal beside pubco floats...which I totally and completely dispelled...and even the t/a used "per se" in that silly email response because everyone knows how tradable floats get determined by simply subtracting the restricted from the o/s.
And laughably SMCE just proved all who accused them of supposedly diluting their tiny 75M float dead wrong...as the float here is even smaller than 75M according to the full Share Structure breakdown provided by the t/a to otc markets weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
