Actually the big sales do. Look at the red sells since October and especially lately. Some days you have multiple 5, 10, million blocks some consecutively revealing a larger block.

There is something to be said about former exec selling whatever shares he or they have left registered with the Transfer Agent.

The guess is how many left. All speculation until reinstatement.
