Where Jack says "clearly the company does not benefit from dilution" is either ignorant or a lie. When the investor comes to the company with a check and takes back a dilutive note clearly the company benefits

"It's the contract, not us".
"We have no control", except for the fact that he sold them the shares. lol
"Everybody else is stupid, and that's also not our fault". lol
"The company doesn't benefit from dilution". Except that we got paid for those shares.
Good Grief, what a load of horse dung!!!

I don't blame him for doing it, but he could at least stop pointing the finger at others. It's THIS company that has approx. 15 of the numerous notes in default. Around $1.8 million.
And that's not counting all the debt.
