My opinion only... Kim said window of opportunity to up list was by Thanksgiving. Several things could happen. Kim could have already have applied for up listing with finances in place and a loan term arrangement in place. Maybe or maybe not.... that might require a reverse split but might not. Maybe with other announcements the price would increase to over required amount on its own. At any rate I don’t feel we will do any reverse split this year, and quite possibly not next year because stock price will increase without it. If so a small r/s. 1/2 or 1/5 which would require approval ... maybe the BOD could do that. If Kim meant what he said about the window being open a short time before Thanksgiving then no reverse split this year. The one thing for sure is ... nothing is for sure! But regardless the future is bright.
