I don't see it as being odd, strange or bizarre in any way?
Cannabis infused,food is a huge market and Popcorn makes perfect sense as with, Brownies, cookies, or any food infused.
He mentions in his video before, that they have a new facility and I assume, after seeing this, a food testing section is in it.
