problem is safety data has just been sent to the FDA.
Now they have to decide for dosage, while also getting stability data around end of December.

So the BLA parts could be all send to the FDA until EOY,
but the FDA will probably not give the green light of 'BLA filing completed and accepted' message until January.

EDIT: The latter constitutes the official filing milestone, which may lift up SP.

"L_Luv" well they do have to wait for FDA to say what dosage they want for the BLA, so yes I agree with Holidays in DEC in will still be tight. I still believe BLA will get done then license deal to follow. So Big Pharama companies are asking for the Nash data so it seems interest there as well. Funding I guessing from the Government "US Army" for HIV prevention will help interim for HIV progression as needed. International license deals could happened before State Side I bet, but who knows, NP keeps giving us info on both.
