The Form 1-A outlines a blueprint for an IPO of Sensortecnics and the RM into $EGYF for Datatecnics. In my opinion, once that IPO is filed, all will see the value here and $EGYF moves regardless of when the merger is completed.

I won't go into much more detail about things here with EGYF as I believe enough exists for one to make their own decision for what level of risk one decides to take.

I will say that after doing further research, I truly believe that those 2020 time frames are far off for quite a few reasons. I believe that we will begin to see more positive developments begin to come into fruition much much sooner than expected... like some time this year for starters. Only my opinion.
