Need to think about the role playing here:
- NP wants to sell stock for CYDY to succeed
- Note holder wants to sell stock to convert lower
- PIPE buyer may want to sell stock, to derisk keeping Warrants (not all)
- Common ATM buyer is just baffled
- Partner is laughing and waiting for NP to blink first?
