Yes, Investement Reserves LLC is the one trying to get custodianship on EMBR. Attorney letter was sent in about a month ago. You can read this above in iHub. So since the custodian has already been “appointed” to them they will do a “status check” to hear any possible objections before terminating the custodianship to Investment Reserves LLC. This is what they are going through right now “status check.” Someone is trying to object Investors Reserves LLC from getting granted. It happens....could be an old note holder that wants to sell his shares or negotiating. Nobody knows. Odd part i have never seen it take this long, so could be something pretty big too.
