Bingo you get it now ? No spinoff shares no production . This will teach Mike something not to screw with Vgid shareholders . So ask yourself again who is holding the spinoff shares . Mike thinks he is running Coca Cola company . LOFB can’t even afford to take a leak man. Expect LOFB to be delisted
