No note holders to sell here. Only big blocks are owned by two insiders who had not sold previously. I've been here since 2014 and in their last filings, the insiders still held 1.1 billion shares and there was never enough volume for them to have dumped until this last month. Dehon reportedly didn't know anything about the fake Twitter when this ticker started coming back to life (someone posted tweets from him denying any involvement or knowledge of what was going on). I think they were taken by surprise by the custodianship.
