Will this CH7-"Q" Non-Clean Shell (SCRCQ: 140M/141M/250M shares Large float/OS/AS) crash to a New low 0.0001 in the coming days/weeks since even a much much better CH11-"Q" Clean Shell (RGDXQ: 27M/38M/70M shares Tiny OS/AS) ever did hit 0.0001 before?

Anyway totally less than 1M shares dumped at 52-week-low 0.0003 so far! Who pushed SCRCQ up to 0.0030 most recently? Why they let it crash 90% to 0.0003?
