How in the world are you coming to that conclusion? PACV is on the verge of becoming an entirely different company as far as value and revenue are concerned. Smart money is BUYING and HOLDING this. Trying to short it or flipping for a few hundred dollars are NOT wise decisions in my opinion. Once this deal actually closes, PACV is going to SKYROCKET!!!
