I am a bit confused, now. My understandig is, they "Sell Substantially All of Its Assets". That sounds to me, that a shell with several million USD in cash will remain.
So there it is. Some of us have predicted this for a long long time. It just didn't make any sense for me to not get a buyout if you look at the value their stuff has. Now 20 cents is certainly less than most of us have envisioned but then again we all here were able to buy between 4 and 8 cents for a long time so it's a good deal for someone who really loaded down there. I see there are still some nervous nellies who want to sell for 17 cents while the buyout is at about 20 cents but you will always get that on such a deal. As far as I'm concerned they can go lower if they are impatient lol.
