I agree we are working on taking the steps to uplist. I said no r/s this year.
There was no mention of Board Of Directors Meeting. And there was mention of necessary uplisting by Thanksgiving or in the spring. The window is closing for Thanksgiving or everything said concerning the uplisting and time frame is complete BS. I don’t think it was and I don’t think we will have a R/S this year.
We could possibly have a huge announcement of funding , sales, contracts, sales, and many other things that could drive the market up enough we won’t need a R/S and that can happen today, tomorrow , or next week. If all those things happened at once then if needed we might have a r/s soon but without them I doubt it.
In other words the way I look at it .. it all depends on how you look at it.
