They submitted a Pre 14C about a week ago, which is not even a real-deal 14C. In this they talked of the company intentions to do an R/S sometime in the future. I understand they have done this before and did not go through with it. Not saying they will or will not.
I think in light of today's news about the financing for acquisition and a pending 8K to make it official and then the final and official purchase before December 15th, odds are in the bulls favor here.
In my opinion, this is still a good loading area. I would not be surprised to see a little initial skim the top profit taking in the morning. Then again, this could rip. It is the quirky Thanksgiving week too. I feel good about this one and IMO the R/S was a bluff again.
