Correct. It was the BLA that was September, or at least it was at one time or another. It was also Q1 19, 1H19, Q319, Nov 19, Dec 19. See a trend. It won't be done this year, not that it matters to the near term price. I'd rather have the deal so we could feel stable and quit diluting.
