Rotman's is losing money, they will need money to stay afloat, that will be a drag on Vystar which already needs a ton of capital to keep the doors open. Where will this money come from when they already are highly leveraged as is?

$30M in revenues doesn't mean anything if it is costing you money to generate it and you are not making anything off of it.

And if that is the case, what was the point of merging Rotman's in?

You have a mature furniture business that is slowly dying and Vytex who has spent $20M over 10 years with nothing to show for it, but combined something magical is suppose to happen?
