Real question... If Tulare 99% complete update isn't enough to move the price, what chances does a Tulare 100% complete announcement get it done?

If not... are we likely to reach $1 without the RS?

Is $1 deadline 12/30 or 12/31 to give us 10 consecutive trading days above $1 to prevent de-listing?

Same question as Xena what news might we be waiting for to drop between now and 12/30 or 12/31 other than Tulare?

Maybe a POLB clear to proceed? What about Bolthouse Farms? Maybe something Exelon/Drax related? Maybe something POSCO related?
