Could it be because they have not distributed it yet? As stated millions of times on this board is this is a development stage company. Share price will go up once the business plan is implemented. The investors that actually own stock in the company that post here are pinning that to be late 2019 or early 2020. If nothing has happened by Q2 or Q3 2020 then there are problems but so far nothing has changed on what the company has said.
To think a 10 year old patent is still outstanding just makes me say whoa? As far as cbd and thc has improved in 10 years would make this obsolete. Just my opinion, Been smoking for 40 years
