I am not a lawyer

Please show me an example where a court in essence "created" new dividends - not declared by the BOT ever - and then distributed them

My logic is very simple

Dividends are not interest payments laid out as occurring each quarter or year by contract

Dividends are decided on quarterly by the BOT

There is no right to dividends

The only rights - privileges I know of are

Common can not get one penny of dividends until every penny owed to JPS is paid. Owed means declared and not paid (where cumulative exists) or for that quarter or year

Cumulative JPS have a claim on and will receive all declared but not paid dividends past due before current quarter can be declared and paid (and then in current quarter - again - JPS must be fully paid before common get a dividend)

Would love to see an example of where dividends were created by a court where the BOT did not do so

Again - I see a MASSIVE - CONTINENT size - difference between interest on debt and equity dividends for JPS
