Yet again, I recommend you do your DD. The recent filings only create the possibility of having an R/S just like it did last year. A Pre14 filing is pretty meaningless considering the history here.

They do not cancel it, they just don't execute. Just because they approve the ability to do something there is no requirement to do so.

They have 90 days to actually execute a RS after approval . 90 days max and 1:500 max is what the SEC approved them for. Again doesn’t mean they will actually do it .
