Hmmmmmm what are the ways to bypass the registration rules???????? Only one way, only a judge can award it in a fairness hearing or part of a lawsuit settlement. hmmmm fairness hearing only requires that a party have a legal opinion and an agreement from the company to issue the stock ( compensation committee) or if its without the company blessing a simple unopposed lawsuit. either way the stock awarded will bypass registration rules and be immediately tradeable or unrestricted.
the compensation committee should be a HUGE HUGE red flag, who are they going to compensate and for what are they goignt o recieve compensation
