Dont get me wrong the idea of an REIT thats a penny stock, should have been thrown out the window by now. Is below the gist of what people are gathering or am i out in left field somewhere? So the company has land thats owned by another company they own. They will lease us (NIHK) the land that we can than re-lease to MJ companies. As far as purchasing land etc they will sell shares to make the purchases/funding and we just have to hope that we dont over pay for the land? No wonder this took a while to come out.. my head hurts trying to figure out the business model
